Capgemini’s customer experience consultant named in 2019 TechWomen100

Running for a decade now, WeAreTechWomen has been searching the UK for the best female tech talent in the country, and this award celebrates the achievements of women working in technology and showcases them as role models in the industry.

With over 700 nominations made across the UK and Ireland, four Capgemini colleagues – Anahita Mahmoudi, Olivia Sharratt, Megan Dawes and Mollie Chard – made it into the shortlist of 200 talented female technology professionals, which was then opened to a public vote and 40,000 votes were received from across the globe. Eventually, Anahita was named one of theTechWomen100 winners.

About Anahita

Anahita, now a Digital Consultant in the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team, has shown exceptional performance in delivering client engagements and a strong contribution to internal company operations at Sogeti, a leading provider of technology and engineering services, and part of the Capgemini Group.  Her approach to technology, customers and services has been perceived as a compelling combination during her time in Sogeti which made her the fastest-promoted graduate to the role of Managing Consultant.

During her time in Capgemini, Anahita has created a training roadmap for junior talent within the DCX team, providing a viable route for advancement. She also promotes cultural transformation using modern training and coaching methods.

Anahita supports Capgemini’s partnership with Code Your Future that providing digital skills training and employment opportunities to refugees and others from disadvantaged backgrounds. Prior to joining this project, Anahita had co-founded Change the Future, a volunteer campaign to leverage technology to help educate displaced children in refugee camps.
