We look forward to sharing insights that support our belief that the future of industry is both intelligent and sustainable

This week, more than 2,500 leaders from business, government, and society, from all over the world, are convening at the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland.

This year’s event theme is “Cooperation in a Fragmented World,” which sets the context to discuss key priorities and how to achieve ambitious business and sustainability goals in what are exceptionally challenging circumstances.

As a WEF Strategic Partner, we will be showcasing how we create immediate positive impact and long-term value for our clients that build resilience, security, and future growth.

Join us in Davos

We are committed to delivering the next era of transformation for our clients, bridging the gap between the virtual and physical worlds, for a more sustainable future.

Where are organizations investing in 2023?

Supply chain resilience and technology for business transformation are top of the list, according to the latest report from the Capgemini Research Institute.

As a global leader in intelligent industry we are pleased to be taking part in the WEF dialogue panel, Big Bets for Digital Industries, on January 17 at the Ignite Congress Center. During this session, Aiman Ezzat, Capgemini’s Chief Executive Officer, will discuss the need to invest in innovation, skills, and competitiveness to enable sustainable transformation for economic growth.  Watch the session on the WEF website from 13:00 to 13:45 CET.

In addition, we will be hosting an official affiliate session at the Davos Ice Village: Accelerating the Transition to Net Zero in Industry, on January 17, from 10:30 to 11:30 CET. Guests from the WEF’s Industry Net Zero Accelerator Initiative, which recently published a white paper: The “No-Excuse” Framework to Accelerate the Path to Net-Zero Manufacturing and Value Chains, will share key insights on how to leverage systemic collaborations to align and upgrade net zero corporate strategies in industry. The panel will include:

  • Roshan Gya, Member of Capgemini’s Group Executive Committee and CEO, Capgemini Invent
  • Cedrik Neike, Member of the Managing Board and CEO Digital Industries, Siemens
  • Blake Moret, Chairman and CEO, Rockwell Automation
  • David Leal Ayala, Deputy Head, Policy Links Unit, University of Cambridge
  • Kathryn Wengel, Chief Global Supply Chain Officer, Executive Committee member, Johnson & Johnson

We will also be welcoming special guests to our Capgemini Pavilion (Promenade 73, Davos Platz) to take part in dynamic keynote conferences, inspiring demos, and interactive panel discussions on the latest market trends, including:

  • Develop sustainable product design to win customer loyalty
  • Are you ready for net zero manufacturing?
  • Secure the future of your business by bringing circular economy to life
  • Achieving our net zero future with carbon capture
  • Navigating decentralized futures for financial services
  • Innovation for sustainability – beyond the hype

We recognize the importance of creating immediate positive impact for businesses to enable resilience, security, and growth further down the line, particularly during turbulent times, and we will show how we are working with our clients to demonstrate that the future of industry is both intelligent and sustainable.
