Corporate Experience Entry Route

This entry route is for applicants who wish to provide a preference to align to the Corporate Experience Academy once The Institute has been completed.

In addition to the entry specifics listed here, for this entry route we require applicants to have a passion for people and are looking for a role that will help organisations, their leadership and teams to master the transition into the new world of Digital, AI and Automation. On entry to the Corporate Experience Academy, individuals will have day-to-day tasks that can vary from designing workshops, engaging with senior stakeholders, and identifying impacts of change and how best to communicate these impacts.

We require individuals for this entry route to have:

Passionate about helping our clients manage the transition to new technologies and re-think their culture and job roles in a digital age
An understanding of what the future of work may look like and the impact on skills and talent
Familiarity of change methods, tools, and effective ways to communicate
Knowledgeable of market trends and challenges across HR
