In today’s complex operational landscape, organisations grapple with conflicting demands like efficiency, energy conservation, emissions reduction, and operational resilience. Digitally enabled intelligent technologies offer transformative solutions, delivering value to the bottom line and improving service and performance. Embracing scalable, interoperable technologies and implementing worker enablement programs enable organisations to swiftly build a future aligned with their needs. This holistic approach spans connected workers, assets, and remote operations, resulting in cost-effective operations, a motivated workforce, and the agility to meet market demands.

A digital-first, end-to-end strategy transforms operational capabilities, fostering cost-effectiveness, digital literacy, and market adaptability. This strategic shift not only benefits organisations but also enhances customer outcomes and operational performance. By aligning with customer needs and prioritising sustainability, organisations contribute positively to both their success and the planet’s well-being.

‘Did You Know?’

‘INTERNET OF THINGS’ SENSORS & DEVICES

We worked with Scottish Water and introduced advanced ‘Internet of Things’ technology including sensors that enhanced wastewater treatment. This resulted in significantly lower energy consumption, emissions, incident severity, and asset intervention costs. We also extended asset life while reducing chemical and operational expenditures, contributing to the preservation of Scotland’s vital water environment.

DIGITAL TWINS

We’ve helped the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) project for over a decade, to realise their vision from construction to engineering to project management. Alongside this, we’ve developed a prototype of an interactive, digital twin of the project – down to the last technical detail – which all members of the interconnected global team can access with a click of a button.

SMART METERING

We’ve collaborated with E.ON power grid in Sweden on a cutting-edge smart meter management program. This initiative optimised E.ON’s services, encompassing a significant portion of their smart meter portfolio. We took the lead in managing crucial aspects like meter reading, field services, service desk, reporting, and beyond.

DIGITAL FACTORY

We’ve contributed towards one of the world’s most innovative water businesses (Saur) to design and deploy a digital factory dedicate to the industrialisation of breakthrough data and digital technologies. This improved both commercial performance and operational excellence.
