Our commitment lies in taking practical measures to challenge notions that women are absent or lack expertise in the IT/tech realm. Recognizing the importance of gender balance in our industry, we have made substantial investments to foster greater participation and representation.

Launched in 2010, #addher has undergone exponential growth, emerging as one of Sweden’s largest networks for women in IT/Tech. Local gatherings, featuring a blend of cutting-edge technology discussions and inspirational sessions, form a core aspect of our activities. National events further enrich our offerings.
At #addher, we encourage both our members and industry associates to spotlight their female colleagues within our dedicated LinkedIn groups. This platform serves to aggregate their expertise and visibility, facilitating connections for those seeking talented women for events, projects, networks, and even board or management positions.
Match and Go – Sweden’s largest mentorship initiative
Together with our collaborative network DataTjej, we launched a mentorship initiative where you can either become a mentor or an adept for 5 months. Next round starts 2024.
